My 1990 Pontiac Firebird has a oil leak, where could it be coming from?

Oild is all over the bottom and exhaust manifold, but doesnt seem to be coming from oil pan, so Im thinking rear main seal? Also, a light tapping noise is coming from the rear cylinder on passenger side, what would this mean? Tapping quiets down after driven for a bit. How much would the rear main seal cost to replace? My 1990 Pontiac Firebird has a oil leak, where could it be coming from?
