I have a 98 manual mustang and i think it has an oil leak?

I've been reading about it and places claim that when you have an oil leak blueish smoke comes out the tailpipe. there is no puddles anywhere and i dont see any dripping or anything . My car seems to smoke more when the engine is warmer or when i stall out or don't at the exact right time.... I just wanted anyones input or new things to try before i take it to the mechanicI have a 98 manual mustang and i think it has an oil leak?
oil leaks cause ';puddles';

blue smoke means you are burning oil.

3 common causes for burning oil are :

1 faulty PCV valve - cheap,easy fix

2 worn/damaged valve stem seals - not so cheap %26amp; easy

3 worn/damaged pistons/rings. - needs a complete rebuildI have a 98 manual mustang and i think it has an oil leak?
change the oil, then add a can of Restore, change the plugs, see if this helps first?
