Where is my OIL leak coming from?

Oil leak coming from inside the exhaust manifold and running down through the exhaust. The oil leak is INSIDE the exhaust manifold not on the outside. There is oil stain by the header bolts and I can see oil dripping when I look at where the headers and the exhaust bolt up.Where is my OIL leak coming from?
It sounds like the valve cover gasket is blown. It is leaking from there and running down the motor.Where is my OIL leak coming from?
Leaking valve covers, probably. Also, if your oil pressure regulator is stuck, the oil pressure is TOO high and it will promote leaks from many points on an engine, even the seals. I am guessing that this engine has high mileage. De-sludge the engine with Amzoil crankcase cleanier first. Then begin using a good synthetic oil, one that does NOT create sludge. THis will keep the oil pressure at it's best and continue to clean out the inside of the engine as you drive.
first i dont know what kind of engine you have. im assuming it is an overhead cam. my guess is youve either got a bad valve guide and seal(unlucky),or b somehow one of your bolts or studs have tapped oil galley(lucky, fix with thread sealant)or c youve got a broken head my friend. make double sure the oil isnt coming from above or being sprayed there. if you can see it dripping its substantial.
Unless you have a turbo the oil leak is not coming from the exhaust headers; most likely from the valve covers.
Is there water mixed in with the oil? That can indicate a blown head.
inside the pipe bad ring bad valve guide close to being blown up motor
