Yes it depends on what is leaking but the valve cover gaskets VERY common. Parts cost $13 and YOU can do the job if you have basic tools in about 20 minutes. If you have to go to a shop it would run around $100.

It depends on what is causing the leak, do you know where it's coming from, it might be a gasket, a seal, a crack in the block
