Why do you want to replace the tensioner?





Is it not possible to just replace the o-ring that is leaking? The parts cost should be significantly less.





Having said that, if your complaint is that the belt is noisy, please confirm that the timing chain tensioner is the correct part to refer to. A leaking timing chain tensioner o-ring will not have any effect on the accessory belt, unless the oil is leaking onto the belt.

I would take it to a Toyota dealer to have the oil ring replaced and ask them about other problems you are having and ask them what it would cost to have them fixed
Timing chain don't use ';timing chain tensioner'; Only timing belt does.
